Issue Tracker Email Rules List
An array of rules are provided to govern Bug Tracking Software email automation. An example of a popular rule is to send an email to the user specified in the “Assigned To” field, when the “Assigned To”field in an existing case is changed. A user is thus alerted when an existing case is Re-Assigned to them.
